Damaged or misprinted copies

If your hardcover arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge — no need to return the damaged copy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. bKash payments for cancelled orders are refunded in full to the paying wallet within 3–5 business days.

Change of mind

Unopened copies can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return delivery cost is borne by the buyer; the book price is refunded once the copy reaches us.
